Water systems update
We’re just finishing up a repair to another small leak at our favoite spot. It’s a brittle system, but this time we did not need to depressurize, so we’re all set. We’re also having an issue with our main well.
Repair complete, boil water notice being delivered.
Fully snapped off service line: We’re under a boil water notice, likely until Tuesday due to the state testing lab and the holiday. Thanks again to Todd Pillsbury for pulling a double shift to get us back up and running.

BOIL WATER NOTICE
The water was turned off due to repairs being made to a leak in the water line. Water has been restored. Resident should boil water until further notice. We will notify you when the Boil Water Notice is lifted.

Law Enforcement Presence Monday, April 27th, 2020
Law Enforcement responded to a residence on Birch Road to execute a warrant. Fire and Rescue responded as well to assist. Law Enforcement reported there is no danger to any of the residents.

Casella Waste Pickup, Holiday Schedule
We’ve confirmed that Casella will be picking up the day after Christmas (Thursday, Dec. 26th) instead of the usual Wednesday. The following Wednesday, New Years Day, will be as usual (Wednesday, Jan. 1st).

The Rover, CSWD’s mobile hazardous waste collection unit, accepts a wide variety of household hazardous waste from Chittenden County residents only. Bring your hazardous materials (e.g. used motor oil) for free disposal.
