Water System Update: Tuesday Evening, Jan 27th

Tonight we recorded usage in the mid 11k range. That’s solid improvement. Someone may have found a broken pipe and repaired it, or many people stopped running water to prevent freezes, it’s difficult to know, but the end result has been a 30% reduction in usage and pulled us back from the edge of system collapse.
